pulsation dampener again
Ok I just saw a little spot of fuel in my garage......... I need to get this fixed asap. I havent really seen any fuel on the block from looking around the upper intake manifold... should I be able to? I just checked with PFS about price to get it replaced..... around 370-400$ Any other suggestions on how to work on this? Mazduh maybe???

Your best bet is to remove the upper intake manifold and prime the fuel system. This will allow you to pressurize the fuel system enough to see exactly where the leak is coming from.

Instructions on priming the fuel system is in the fuel filter replacement section. To GET to the dampner itself is NOT an easy job. You would need to remove the upper intake manifold, the rat's nest, the coils, the ABV, and the fuel rails. If you have never done this job before, be expected to be down almost 2 days.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. :1party: I probably will take off the upper manifold here pretty soon and try to test it. I will also call around a few shops and see price ranges.
