problem with catalytic converter

hello

i have problem with my catalytic converter. it heat to red. and my engine stop when i stop accelerate. do you know this problem ?

(sorry for my bad english but i'm french)

It's severely clogged. Replace it.

Go OEM to save money or buy an aftermarket cat built for the rotary application.

The EGTs are so high in our exhausts that you will roast just about every aftermarket cat replacement in a short time. So be wary of any cat being sold to you from a non-rotary source.

rx7.com bonez highflow cat. the only aftermarket one to use that will last.
