Primaries / rats nest

Been trying to remove my primary fuel rail today with limited success. I cant see any way round removing the rats nest and pulling the loom back to give me some access to it. Do i have to go to all this trouble ? If so is there a guide or an easy way to remove the nest ?

While i am there can i remove any of it. So far i have no ACV. No removing the AWS and ISC. The car is still seq and runs the apexi power FC.

I have only managed it by removing the whole rats nest and fuel hard lines. Or at least removing the solenoids and lines.

Anything else IMO would require exceptional skill to not abrade or damage the wiring loom. A damaged loom is *bad*.
