pressure drop on m2 large/medium

What sort of pressure drop is there on the m2 large compared to the m2 medium? I am debating which size to go with because the price is the same for both. I don't plan on going single and probably 350-400 rwhp max. Which would be better in my case?
Thanks

Brett from M2 said the large has a psi drop of .35 through the core.

so,
14.7psi = 1bar
7.35psi = .5bar
3.675psi = .25bar
1.47psi = .1bar
so: 3.67+1.47 = 5.145psi

Thats a lot! Thanks bro!

If the M2 figure of .35 drop is psi like 2 hott's post says, you have a 0.024 bar drop or .35 psi.

You can make 350rwhp on stock twins with the M2 medium. I have the large b/c I found a great price on it used.

I think the question you should ask yourself is, do I want to relocate the battery? With the medium you won't have to. With the large I had to, and the whole process is a pita. Plus, I've had problems with my stereo ever since.

I don't think any difference in pressure drop will be enough to make it an issue.

A core's pressure drop and an IC's pressure drop are going to be much different. That core number was probably taken from Spearco's data, where the core was placed on a flow bench. Add in end tank design and piping, and it increases. The only way to really tell is to use something like a dual pressure gauge. Using this method, I tested another brand's intercooler, which was supposed to be inferior to the M2's, and it had a .9psi drop from the Y-pipe discharge to the GReddy intake elbow, 3rd gear at .85kg/cm2. On the dyno, I made 3-4hp on top and in the middle than the M2 medium. I will say that the dyno is not necessarily an accurate barometer by which to measure the IC's power producing ability. The road is obviously the best as it takes into account the duct and the IC's performance in cooling the intake charge.

From Sparco's tests done at 10psi, the core on the large was measured at 0.35psi and the medium was at 0.6psi. I believe in SCC's tests, they measured something like 1.1psi for the Medium at ~12psi which must've included the IC end tanks and a little IC piping. While the first test of the M2 large done by SCC had a slightly higher pressue drop for the large, a follow-on test had slightly less pressure drop in comparison to the medium.(on the order of 0.1-0.2 in both cases)
