but like with the stock system, and the omp do you just dump like a quart to last a few fill ups or something like that?

because I know premix you put a little in with each fill up.

4 oz of Pettit's pro-teck (yes over priced) per fill up....but 90K miles on original engine and still running strong. Maybe I am brain washed from what they say at Pettit but I wil keep using it!

chazzy, on the stock omp setup. the engine does it all for you. you change your oil putting 5 qts of oil in it and the OMP takes the oil out of the oil pan and pumps it into the engine. if you get the adapter that rotaryaviation advertises, then you would make a tank and add oil to it whenever you need to. . . or want to. . . hell its your car. hahaha.

the reason you run 2 stroke is its designed to mix with the fuel. If you dump regular engine oil in your tank its not going to mix with the fuel right and it may cause your filter to get clogged

20 gallon FD Fuel tank is 2560 ounces.

4 ounces of premix yields a 1:640 ratio. Why bother? try upping it to 10-15 ounces per tank.

Also, if running 3mm seals, suggest upping it substantially to reduce wear.

MMO is a cleaner. Look at the ingredients. Go to the walmart boating section and get Pennzoil 2 stroke 100% synth ashless for 20 bucks a gallon.
