Power Steering Rack

hi all,

My FD shows some lag during steering and the steering rack seem to leak. Currently I have no problem turning but I start to feel lag and feeling that the car is not responding well as I want. especially when I drive other car and start to see the different.

Does it sound like the steering rack is on the way out?

what is everyone normally do? buying new or rebuild? where would be a good place?

thanks
