Power steering pulley bolt size

Anyone know what size/thread this is?
I've, *ahem* misplaced the bolt and need to get a replacement.

After a hefty search all i could find was a reference to it being the same size as the lug nuts, (which i beleive are M12x1.5?) but I tried that and it didn't seem to want to go much further than half a turn.
Any help greatly appreciated
Si

I can't remember off the top of my head but I do remember it is the same as the wheel studs.
