I had "13B REW" when I lived in Michigan. Most people did not realize it was a vanity plate, which was kind of a cool feature.

PROVA 7

When Ferrari test drives its road cars on the roads of Maranello the factory test drivers carry "prova" plates (prototype in Italian). Any car bearing these plates doesn't have to obey the speed limit.

Hope I never have to explain to a cop what it means

My first plate was "RIX 7" (as in Rick's 7, or as I'm zoomin' by you, you might miss the "I" and just see "RX 7" ). I was going to use that as my username on the forum, but apparently, someone already has it.

The next plate was "PQZVXCR" ....figure that one out

Now it's "R1 POWR" -- hence, the user name

I've been trying to think of a vanity plate lately. Funny that you brought it up.

Well, here in Kentucky we only get six letters, which is a real bummer cause it limits you quite a bit. The only mildly cool thing I've come up with is: NVMYRX. I'd get it but it doesn't really suit my personality.

Somebody on here's nick is 1FAST7. That's pretty cool.

Yeah I was gonna go the twin turbo route:

2Turbo
TWNTBO

but then I get on here and learn that the fastest ones have been converted to non-sequential!

I didn't buy a vanity plate for the vanity or to say anything special, I bought it because the extra $20/year goes to pay for flowers on the highways, which I like. So I got something that few will know is a vanity plate because I'm not vain and I don't want attention:

FD3S-RX7

Da Plate

My plate says MAHTAB on a Green Bay Packer commemorative plate. MAHTAB is arabic for "moonlight" Because as you can see, Mahtab is black, proud, and loves the Packer's!
