Honda...
Ya know, I've owned two FDs, a Formula, a BMW, and a Honda.

And frankly, Honda guys get more crap than anyone. Why does everyone pick on us? Jeez, I'm a rotorhead, yet people assume that since I drive a Honda (yes, I actually bought my car for the MILEAGE and RELIABILITY for my 118 mile a day commute) that I don't know jack...

Sorry 'bout the rant, just a bit of pent up frustration.
VTEC is Variable Valve Timing and Lift with Electronic Control (VVTLEC, shortened to the obvious VTEC for a sole reason: who can pronouce VVTLEC?). It's the variable valve timing system that enables small displacement piston engines to produce reasonable to high horsepower/torque numbers.
When I get my next Seven, I think the plate'll probably be something like
I8ABIKE
ROTARY
LETSGO
BEATNGU
IMAGEEK
Or something else. (Credit for I8ABIKE to Mike of DSRA fame, all others original)

No offense to you guys that buy hondas becasue you like getting 25+ MPG. I only wish my FD could get more the 12 MPG.

Looks great on the CA Art vanity plates (piture of the beach, sands, sun, and palm trees . . . . especially on a '93 CYM R1 . . . the ultimate CA car)
