since vanity plates are always limited in the number of characters displayed, it forces everyone to come up with some funky abbreviations.........ever notice that whenever you see a vanity plate, you read them & ALWAYS try to figure out what they say or mean.....

here in hawaii vanity plates cost 100$. Unlike dk's state the money probably goes straight into someone's pocket, but since i've recently been forced to mount a front license plate, i figure, what the hell, might as well make it nice.
