Is this possible?

Today I ran into a gentleman who has a 93 Rx7. I asked him about his maintence issues because I used to have a Rx7. He told me he has the original brakes and clutch. He is the original owner. Are there anybody else who has original brakes and clutch after 95,000 miles? He was'nt trying to sell the car, he has three relatives waiting for him to get tired of it.

depends on how you drive i guess if he downshifted all the time the breaks might last but the clutch too? i dont know does it really matter how long his breaks last or clutch. those are like the least of anyones worries with this car? i call that guys bullshit card but who knows?

They might be original if he always babied the car and used the clutch properly (too many people here obviously can't drive a 5 speed properly, and they on top of that they go and abuse it).

But plan to replace both. Many stock clutches died by 50k.

A clutch should easily last 95k miles if the driver knows how to shift.

Original pads are possible too - though less likely - if the car is mostly highway driven.

I've gone 150k hard street and HPDE driven miles on a stock clutch in my old Turbo II. In 15 years of driving, I've never worn out a clutch.
