please help stripped idler tension bolt housing

I stripped the housing for the tension for the belt its the bolt that attaches to the idler pulley axle,it just seemed so hard to turn but yet it was it was working untill it ate the housing threads up I guess it just old and gunk built up looking for help or ideas and even parts to fix it if you have the housing and bolt with axle to attach to pulley thanks

I've seen that happen when someone forgot to loosen the pulley nut and tried to adjust the tension. I have like 5 extra brackets if you need one. You can have one for $20.
