Please help me, I think the boost is leaking

Hi guys, I have a 93 RX7 and lately the boost only goes up to 5lbs at WOT. I hear this hissing noise when I step on the pedal. Like boost is leaking out of something. The car is stock and has nothing done to it. Could it be that the turbo is showing signs of age and is finally leaking? Maybe the wastegate? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your rubber couplers between the intercooler/intake piping. That is probably the culprit. Look at this site for other troubleshooting help:

BTW, you should really get a downpipe if you are bone stock. It is much better for your car than the stock pre-cat.
