Placement for 99 spec emblems?
The M of Mazda is 180mm from the closest edge of the flying M badge.
The R/H extreme of the 7 was 185mm from the closest edge of the flying M badge.
The R in RX-7 is 50mm from the shut line / taillight return.
The last a in Mazda is also 50mm from the shut line / taillight return.

When I had them on my car, I got a straight from the back picture of a 99 spec car as a reference.
Big thing is making sure they are both level and both are an equal space from the tail light. If they are on different planes or one is really close to the tail light that will look super weird.
