Probably not, but it's better than duct tape. I JB-Welded my ACV together once and it lasted a few months. Obviously getting the Efini pipe would be best, but if you can't afford one just keep an eye on the F/S section here for someone selling a used stock one.

They make two part epoxy, that you mix together, Like JB weld for plastic. I've used some on cracked interior parts on the back side. Throw away the duct tape, its for old piece of crap cars.

You can do the poor-mans/ghetto fiberglass repair. Cloth and Epoxy. Its a hassle but it will work better than any jb-weld or epoxy putty stuff.
First, see if you can superglue it or tape from the inside to hold the pieces together. It will make it alot easier to work on. Cut some cloth (old underwear works good) in strips to cover the crack with at least 1/2 inch on each side of the crack. Mix up a bunch of epoxy (use the slow setting type) and saturate the cloth in epoxy so it turns dark and semi-transparent. (just as if it got wet). Then lay it over the crack. Smooth it down with something you can throw away (popcicle stick, scrap shim stock, etc.etc.)
On somethine like this, you'll probably want a second layer (depends on the strength of the cloth). Don't let it dry before you put any more layers on.
It'll look absolutely horrible. But if you put enough layers down, you can sand it and bondo it (I wouldn't). But if the epoxy doesn't break down due to the heat, It'll last.
Something I've done elsewhere that might work here is to drill a series of small holes on each side of the crack. Then sew it up with some nice wire. Smear epoxy over it plug the holes and crack when done.
IMHO, FDs are nice cars and don't deserve fixes like this expect for temp repairs. Post a WTB in the for sale/wanted forum. Do it! Now!
And remeber that Duct tape is the refuge of the weak.
