When I have the pills installed the waste gate actuator won’t move to discharge boost pressure. when I take the pill out the waste gate opens and closes just fine at about 6psi.i check the pills and they are clean and clear so I can`t understand what’s going on...also when I rev the car the actuator that’s attached to the y pipe open and closes just fine but no other actuator move I tested all the actuators one by one and they all seem to push the rod when 10psi is applied by a manual vacuum pump. Any ideas of what else I can do?

 

How are you testing the wastegate actuator? By driving or by using compressed air or something?

If the pills are installed right and not in there sideways, you should be good to go. Have you been for a drive with them installed to see what boost you're getting? If it's spiking up on you you can just get out of it.

I tested the actuator with forced air,I can blow through the vacuum lines where the pills are installed and air flows just fine so the pills are not sideways. When I drive the car with the pills installed at first it spikes to about 15psi and then the car falls flat on its face at about 5500rpm once I let go of the gas and step on it again it boosts to about 8psi but it’s got no power at all at this point. Taking under consideration that my FD is automatic if that helps at all.
