OFF TOPIC:
Hey Scrub, is Jay's/Car Version2's car totally lost? According to the site it says it is. Can't believe that happened to them.

If so, I loved their theme and might do the same, but a different color. And I will dedicate it to them at any car shows

Where in DE are you from. I am from Seaford and although I live in Charlotte, NC I frequently go up there to meet friends and such. I have some friends up there with cars that would blow your mind. Let me know and maybe we can meet up sometime.

AMRAAM4.....unfortunatly, yes Jays car was totalled by the insurance company. It was a very beautiful car. Charlie may be buying his hood off him. If all goes as planned I will be buying Jays car and restoring it with Charlie. Should be pretty interesting.

Speedracer Rx-7, Do you know kevin? He was just talking about you lastnight if you do. We are in Newark/Wilmington. It would be great to finnaly get a meet going within the next month or so.

Dave, Im sure you will....I can't wait! How's your car coming?

SpeedracerRX7, I am also from Seaford. Lived there when I was little until I moved to Taiwan after 6th grade.

IF Jay and/or Rudy decides to LET Dan buy Jay's car back from the insurance company, then there will be a full restoration on it..... part of which I have already began in effort to motivate them to save the Bride seats and parts of the interior that would be sinful to just leave for the insurance company to claim. Had they not waited 2 weeks to touch the car, I think a great deal of the car could have been saved with just cleaning. Now with all the waterlogging and bacteria growth in the car, a good amount of the interior is going to have to be replaced. But beyond all that Dan and Charlie, good luck with the restoration, didn't know that either of you had the time or place to do it in. I'd help you out, but I plan on studying this semester so I can maybe graduate a year or two late. All those hours I put into Dan's car really took a toll on me this past spring, so I think I'll sit this one out. I think sometimes we forget that we have our own FD's to tend to and mine needs a good amount of work done to it. My attention will go in its direction when I have time around school.

Rudy decided not to buy either of them back. I talked to Jay yetserday. He just bought a 350Z, which is of course....sitting in his garage. The restoration is gonna be slow, not rushed, and it will take place in ^ Daves garage
