What they messed up (that I know of):
A wire under the dash wasn't hooked back up and it was causing my ECU to go into limp mode and throw a code 73. I pulled the upper intake and tested the injectors before I found that the wiring the ECU wasn't right. This wasn't completely their fault because the ECU wiring had been modified and that is why they didn't know how to hook it up right. I don't know why it had been modified but I hooked it all up the way it should be and it works fine now.
The power window switch is loose in the door and comes out when you pull on it. The trim piece it mounts in has a little lip that was cracked so I need to replace that.
The paint is not up to my standards. The car had an aftermarket, very high quality paint job before. I had specifically told them that I didn't want any orange peal and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Not only is there more orange peal than I would like, but there are cloudy areas where it should be buffed more. I am going to have it completely buffed again by a family member that paints for a living.
The upper radiator hose was routed incorrectly causing the airbox to cut into it which resulted in a coolant leak.
I found a nut that holds in the radiator so loose I could turn it with one finger. I don't know how many others are like this but it worries me.
The headlight rubbed the side of the hood when I put them up and down. I would think they'd test the headlights after replacing them to make sure they go up and down without hitting anything, guess not.
Although they said they were going to align the wheels, the tire place said that the alignment wasn't even close when I had new tires put on. The test was done before the new tires were put on and the guy that did it is a friend of mine so I know he wasn't lying try to get me to pay for alignment.
They ripped one side of the gauge pod loose and left it hanging.
That is all that I can think of at the moment. I've been working on it non stop since I got it last Thursday. Overall I think they did a good job, it drives exactly like it did before. I just think that they skimped on the details, which makes me mad because the bill was just over $12,000.
They also ordered a few parts that I didn't need but couldn't return them because they are all special order. So I have an airbag sensor new in the box that was like $280, an R1 front lip painted red brand new that was $290, and the front relay box brand new I think it was $60 or $70. If you need any of those parts let me know.

O yeah. Some of you may not know that the car was involved in an accident. Here is a before picture:

Since the radiator was broken in the accident I threw in a Fluidyne radiator.

Hmmm, based on your pics, it seems like all I really need is a new exhaust, new tires, some repainted wheels, some minor bodyword and a new paintjob... on an exterior level.
That is one classy nice ride!

Yes. I have a Greddy SP cat back exhaust. I am very happy with the tone. It is low and not too loud. Combined with a downpipe the car dynoed at 231 rwhp. I recently put in an ACT s/s clutch and just got Toyo T1-S tires too.

damn man from the first pics it looks like they did a damn good job on it, But you cant see the orange peal so from the pics it looks awesome.. If all you came away from that with was some orange peal and a few minor things that is damn good. Just a good wet sand and a buff and your rollin on a perfect looking car.

Orange peal is paint that isn't smooth looking. Instead of being perfectly smooth it has a texture that looks like an orange's peal (hence the name). It is unavoidable and the only way to get rid of it is to wet sand and buff the paint. Pretty much all new cars have orange peal, the only way to not have it is to have it sanded and buffed out completely.
Yeah it looks great considering. I don't want to sound like a ***** complaining about little things like spots of orange peal but I'm sure that you guys can relate. Every little blemish stands out to me. You can't really see the orange peal in that light, or in the pics, but under my halogen lights it shows up really well.
