don't try this manifold with a .96 a/r on center housing, it hits the fender wall. also the w/g flange hits the heatshield on the passenger motor mount, easy fix by removing the shield, but worht noting.

lots of 240 owners use this manifold, pretty good for the money but is prone to cracking for them, most dont care cause it doesnt happen that offen and the price tag is small so its not a heart ache when you need to replace it.

the flanges are now much thicker on them, I'm goign to be trying one out here very soon, just need to work out the DP issue

So far the only isues i have run into are on the turbo flange the rear holes dont line up so my turbo doesnt fit. but nothing a drill cant handle!
And the other problem is that the manifold's waste gate flange comes really close to the K member and im afraid that when the engine torques it will hit the k member. Im not sure what im going to do about that just yet. I think if i get rid of the ebay waste gate and use say a tial so i can cut the waste gate flange down a bit.

I think that is a GREAT idea. I'll give the manifolds a try, not really much to lose for the price, but a generic wastegate . . . NO WAY! You're putting your engine on the line with that bet.
