Pics of what you're getting into with the EBAY manifolds

Not THAT bad, but it hits the LIM. .96 a/r. I think we're just going to mod the flange to turn outward a hair... Not really a big issue. Other than that, it fits great. I'm still hearing that aside from small fitment issues, this manifold holds up well. We'll see.

Again, comments welcome.

The gauge next to the alternator is fuel pressure. Its mounted on the FPR. The seller of the manifold is SSAUTOCHROME on Ebay. Doesn't look like they have any up right now. Just remember, it's a TO4 flange, but a .96 will hit the LIM so you'll have to get it modded a bit. I'll put up pics as SOON as I get it finished.

looks like a nice setup. the only thing i would be concerened with is the heat...especially with it touching the manifold. im a big newbie, but it looks like the LIM would get pretty hot and affect your intake temps quite a bit. other than that the whole thing looks awesome!

You're VERY right. It's Jet-hot coated, and I'll be shielding it. Thanks for the input!

I got the manifold for 150.00. It needs some modification though.. It would fit a tad smaller turbo perfect!

Yeah. Just a piece of aluminum that bolts to the UIM at the 2 free 10MM bolts on the front. I can take some closer pics if you like. I made it real thin so the FPR doesn't stick out too far and hit the Strut brace.

It's a freak. A TO4Z I think? It's a TO4 with a T51 wheel on the front. 76mm. .96a/r on the back. Heard it's good for a ton of HP. I just used it for fitment... I have a TO4R on order.

Dino,

Hope to have it at least put back together in a month. It takes forever when you never have time, if you know what I mean. I just do it a little at a time when I have some to spare.

Not sure if it would cause other fitment issues, but it seems a thick spacer plate might accomplish the same thing and would be easy to machine...

Just a thought.

And a good thought. I'm also looking into a spacer. Trying to decide whether to put it on the manifold side or the turbo side. I've seen them on both. I also have a guy who almost specializes in making these damn things fit right... I'll be sure to put up more pics when I get it done.

Justin....... We can get a spacer made for the exhaust side for about 35-40$. This works perfect. You'll need a 1/2" spacer for the turbo you are going with. Anything bigger and you will need a 3/4" spacer.

I'll get them to you tonight. I'm actually thinking about having a shop make a nice sturdy SS one. I can always get 2 made.
