Pics of my seven after intercooler,.....

radiator, and 99 twins install. It was a PITA but I enjoy the fact that I did it all myself.

I don't have an aftermarket gauge yet so I don't know exactly, but on the stock gauge everything is normal. Hopefully with the Koyo I shouldn't have any problems.

Good bit of power on the butt dyno. During the project I F'd up my turbos so I bought a new set of '99 twins so much of the responsiveness is probably due to them. I can't wait to get a PFC so I can turn up the boost!

I don't think the Koyo was much of a problem. I think most of the fitment issues are because of the stock intercooler duct. You really just need to fiddle with things to get fitment right (kind of a guessing game). I actually eyeballed the lower radiator mounts with the Greddy kit and the radiator just dropped right in.

I did not use the power steering cooler that came with the radiator, you can move the stock one out of the way for intercooler fitment. I zipped tied the driver's side to the tow hook to secure it.

I also did not hack nearly as much of the body as Greddy says too in the instructions for pipe clearance.

Good Luck!

You should seal that gap between the radiator and the front of the engine bay to make sure the radiator is getting all the air it can.

Other than that, looks sweet.

I just put my 99 twins on the engine today (it's on a stand) and the downpipe gave me a bit of trouble as the new compressor housings have extruded mounts instead of a snap ring. The downpipe hit this and didn't sit right on the manifold. Sanded it down and put 2 gaskets in it...solved the problem. I also just bought another koyo

What downpipe are you using. I have an M2 and had no problems with the 99 twins.

I install the Blitz intake but I am thinking to get the 2 row as your setup with 99+twins.
I think you need PFC to make the 99+twins work better.
