You never even responded to my previous post. I have still yet to see any copyright information on this picture on your website (which doesnt exist) or otherwise.

How do you intend to prove this photograph is legally yours to copyright?

Do you have proof that this photograph and subsequent copyright is resgistered to you at the US Copyright Office?

"Your lawyer is going to get my info from the board thru my IP address" Get real......and then what? That one IP is shared by about 250 computers behind a NAT firewall.

I can respect copyrights and intellectual property, but you've handled this like an *** from the get go.
