My pulley doesnt want to line up with my timing gear...Has anybody else had this problem?



Also does anybody know the correct belt size for NO A/C, NO Air Pump, Pettit Alternator & Underdrive Pulley

 

You have it lined up wrong, the two smaller holes are where the alignment pins go. Turn it about 90 degrees and it should line up

Sorry...The pins that you can see are the allen screws to bolt it on. The pic is just to illustrate the miss-alignment

When the alignment pins are in the smaller holes on the timing gear the Pettit pulley only allows 2 screws to go in.

I'll double check anyway just incase. Your probably right

 

It only goes on one way. Just keep rotating it until everything lines up.
