Discovered I am missing one of these bushings/guides/inserts. There are three per door card and they guide the screws that attach the door card to the door frame.

No luck finding these (if indeed they are sold separately) in the parts fiche.

Yup - I am reasonably certain now that it is not sold separately.

However, I managed to find a generic sleeved plastic bearing that does the trick.

The OEM part has an internal diameter of 6mm, an outer diameter of 10mm, is 15mm long, and has a flange diameter of 15mm.

I could not find an exact equivalent but I did find a 6mm i.d., 10mm o.d. part on Amazon with a 15mm flange. The length is longer at 28.5mm but the part can be easily trimmed.

It fits nicely.

The official part name is: Harfington flanged sleeve bearing, 6mm bore, 10mm outer diameter, 28.5mm length, nylon.
