try to bend it with visegrips.
remove all the rubber window trim etc.. and get a propane torch or heatgun to heat it up...
pull the door handle off and see if you can do anything from the inside.. probably not..
Dont worry about putting dings into it etc, it would need body filler anyways..
otherwise just replace the door.. its not hard, just keep an eye on junkyards , typically some have 1/2 sales, there you go.
one time my mom backed into the door on my 240sx,.. it broke the door handle as well so i had to use the passangers door.. luckily i found the same color door at the yard and swapped it.

Cheapest way is to fix it, best way is to replace it. I would get a spot weld cutter and pull the door skin off first. Then work the frame into shape, then the skin. Once you have the frame and skin beat roughly into shape, you'll need some filler like everyone's saying. I'd recommend getting a filler rasp (i think that's what it's called). It's like a cheese grater for bondo. Get a long flexible sanding block too, it'll help alot with the curves. You'll find that you'll probably be sanding and shaping the entire door because the impact didn't just wrinkle that 4" section, it affected the whole thing. Work down from like, 60 grit sandpaper all the way down to about 400. Spray some primer/filler on there to see where the high/low spots are, sand, repeat. Then you'll need to get it painted. That may cost you, depending on how good of a paint job you get.

yeah i work at a bodyshop, and id say that door must be replaced. you could fix it but it would take many hours and would never be perfect. but don't worry you can find a door for that thing dirt cheap and they are very easy to put on. just have a friend there to help and have a good jack to hold the door up. make sure you buy a door that has the same features as yours. if you have power windows make sure you get one with power windows that way all you have to do is paint the door and put your original panel onto it then install the door. and that's it! very easy
EDIT** make sure you take a look at the door/fender gap. you may have bent the hinges. so check them out. if they are bent the new door will never fit right
