The drivers side door on my new 93 FD rattles like crazy. I took the panel off to see if I could find anything wrong but everything seems as tight as it can be. It just seems like after 10 years of pulling up on the lever to open the door the whole lever and door panel has become totally loose and so now it rattles like crazy. Is this a normal problem? Any way to fix??

 

Sounds like part of the problem may be you need to replace the inner door bushings. They're the small white little plastic thingies that insert on the inner door frame between it and the inner door panel. I think you can order the door bushings from your local Mazda dealer. Only about 8 bucks per set.
