I got an OE replacement from an online auto parts store for $80, BOSCH with the single wire. Works great and I can tell from the readings on my commander (within 0.03v). You could probably find cheaper ones though.

I myself went with the stock O2 sensor replacement. It was recommended I go that route by an RX-7 specialist who I considered a good friend of mine. He said that the other brands just don't last. However after further research I think I should have just gone with a single wire as they are so much cheaper. I don't have the exact figure for the stock O2 sensor right now but I remember I was shocked when I saw the price.
