Buy a savings account. They're remarkably cheap.

yeah I'd save my money, build on top of your bonus for a while simply because as time goes on your opinion and plans for what you want to do with your car may change so instead of blowing your load on something your not sure of right now it would make better sense to build your cash up until you make a concrete decision on what you want to do, at least that way you have the flexability of cash to do it.

I agree with ^ everyone so far. Either that or do a little treat for yourself, car or both of you (lol) but still have "enough" money left over just to have...so it's win/win situation. clothes...entertainment...drinks...or a '99 lip for your '93-95 bumper would be nice addition yet cheap ($180) and still money left over considering it seems you have enough for the '99 front end set ($800-1000 after everything, lamps, lip and installation). Nothing beats having saved up funds just to have in savings...because you/we all don't know the next time you/we may need to spend a hefty amount on ER stuff..car...school...life...etc. Sometimes it's good just to have money saved up.
