I wanted to have some opinions of what i could do for this winter when i park my car, next year i have a budget of 80 000$ and i would like to modify my 13b the most i can and with the safest way.. im looking around 400 RWHP

Truck it down to Pettit and have them do a 20B setup.

Otherwise, dumping that amount of money is almost an insane thing to do to one FD in one year.

$80k into a car that at it's greatest was nearly $40k is one of the dumber things I've heard in my time. Do you have a nice house? If not there's your down payment.
