Hey all,
I finally got the 7 up and running after a 3 week break. I did the non sequential mod, as well as installing an EVC 5 boost controller. I didnt have the directions, and either i hooked it up wrong, or its just the settings, because im only seeing 7psi in any gear. it pulls nice all the way to 7psi. does anyone have the setting and or install instructions? I was unable to download the instructions off the hks website. Also, my fuel pump passed the first 2 checks, where you check the idle pressure, it passed. checking the fuel pump grounded pressure, it passed, but It fialed the max fuel pressure test. I was supposed to see 5-7bar of pressure, I could only get 3 bar. what does this mean? is my fuel pump going out? I just changed the fuel filter. any ideas? thanks in advance!

 

the wastegate spring opens at 7psi, which means something is blocking the pills and allowing the wastegate to open all the time

turn the boost down on your controller,

 

pretty dumb to do both non sequential and the boost controller install at the same time don't you think? Now you have to take it all apart again to figure it out
