One really totalled FD!!

Bump Bump

I finally got some more blurry pics up of this wrecked car. Same thread that mmonaco posted last week, but bigger. You'll be amazed! (30 thumbs per page, 56k beware)

Also, this page has pics of my FD, and the IDRC at Bandimere National Speedway last weekend.

What intercooler is that? Custom with a Spearco core? Mounted horizontally? How would the ducting work?

In the orange FD it's a spearco liquid to air, H-Mounted, with the ice box in the trunk.

Thanks, that's mine!!! The driver (Sweet7) is just fine. His belts gave and threw him just before the fatal flip, so he walked away with minor injuries.

This post is a repost, but the pics I have are easier to see than the orig. post's.

Can I say "post" a little more??

That is the second case I've heard of FD seat belts failing. Where did it break? I have a 94 and the belts are different than those in the 93s I've seen. I thought it was just because mazda switched suppliers or something, but now I'm starting to wonder if it was for different reason-of course if that is a 94 my theory is shot to hell. Glad to nobody was hurt
