When should I upgrade my ignition?

Just wondering when is a good time to upgrade ignition. Should I have a good amount of mods before I do that?

SS DP, Gutted main cat, Catback, Profec B, M2 stage 3 ECU will be going in soon and maybe an intake.

*EDIT:

I heard that Jacob's ignition works the best...........

and for what you listed, i think you will be fine. the coils are actualy pretty damn good. i know Bacon uses the HKS twinpower and said it helped out up top, but i do not know first hand, so take my advice on this with a grain of salt.
*maybe an intake*? what do you have now? a stock box? if it is money you do not have, just make an intake w/ some k&n filters for now.

Well I didn't want to do the intake right now because I'am afraid of boost creep. K&N cone filters is what I'am going to use. I think I should wait till IC before I get an intake. As of now I use the stock box.

Yeah you're more than fine now, though 8mm wires wouldn't hurt.

Stock ignition is fine until you run more than 20lbs of boost on a single turbo.
