OMP leaking oil?

is it common for the oil metering pump to leak oil?
i think the O-rings on mine have gone bad and need to be replaced.

just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before.

My OMP is leaking but it looks like the banjo bolt was not properly set when I had my rengine replaced. I'm having it fixed soon and have a spare OMP that I bought just in case things go bad.

Where is the oil comming from on the OMP?

Yes, OMPs do go bad. Mine was leaking and I had it replaced under warranty. The part had to be flown in from Japan and was $1400. Labor was about $800.

Thank the maker for that warranty.
