OMG more problems with my car

So my TPS sensor was way out of range. I ordered a new one and put it on. Calibrated it perfect for closed throttle. WOT its still way off. The black wire reads over 10volts and the bottom wire reads just over 8volts. So that was again a total waste of time. Now why would a new tps sensor still be reading the wrong volts?

So I go to start it up. Nothin seems to have changed. Adjusted the idler screw. Went back in, sat down in the car, and out of nowhere it dies. I take the key out, except all the lights are still on (the ones that you get when you turn the key but dont start the car). And there's a loud buzzing noise coming from around my UIM. The buzzing slowely gets quieter and quieter and after about 30secs it makes this very very subtle clunk noise and everythin in the cabin goes off. I get in, restart it, and the car makes one hell of a loud backfire. Loud enough that it sent chills up my back. Give it a couple revs, and it dies again, same loud noise that eventually dies down. Okay, wtf! How does more stuff go wrong when I replace it with new stuff?

buzzing? that sounds like your fuel pump being engaged. Maybe you should reset the ecu and see what that does are you getting any check engine lights?

how could I get buzzing under the hood from my fuel pump? My fuel pump is in the gas tank. No check engine lights. I have PFC. New 850 primaries as of 7k miles ago. Still has the stock secondaries. could it be my fpr?

Also - my wiring harness is in pretty bad shape. How much would it cost to replace it?

10v is bad. souds like a short because the tps should only have a 5v reference

If its not would that mean my wiring harness is at fault. I mean, it is falling apart.
