I have a Greddy gauge that goes to 150C (302 F). I often see temperatures of 120C or more in stop and go traffic.

You need the 100-250F youre oil temps will never pass 250F.The oil temps I have seen on my car at normal operating temps are between 180-195F I have my temp sender in the oil pan drain plug this is the best place to measure oil temps.
