Oil pressure changed from normal

Hey all, i was out cruising in my FD on the weekend, and usually at cruise speed 95-105 KPH my oil pressure will read anywhere from 15-30.
but i was having a little fun and came around a turn punched it, hit rev limiter a couple times, and now my oil pressure seems to read higher, coincidence or did i do damage, or likely a oil pressure sending unit?
thanks any help is appreciated

Remove the sender and temporarily install a quality aftermarket gauge. The thread pitch is 1/8 BSP. Verify your readings. Most likely the sender is bad. I'd worry more if the oil pressure was lower.

I was thinking about doing that. I was more wondering if something could have broke or come loose causing a reatriction.

The oil pressure sender is a known source of low pressure readings, due either to a blocked input orifice, or damage to the mechanism inside it, which is pretty complex. Also, your "normal" reading of 15-30 psi is very low, indicating that the sender is probably acting up. Any time the engine is warmed up and above 3000 RPM, the pressure should be at least 60 psi. The oil system is pretty robust, so it's not likely that you have a real oil pressure issue. So the sender is almost certainly acting up. Search - lots of threads on this.
