is it normal for the oil pressure gauge to read 0 at idle??

is it normal for the oil pressure gauge to read 0 at idle??

at idle it reads o, when i accelerate it rises??
is that normal, i heard it is suppposed to read 30 at idle,????

The FD's (if that's what you have) oil pressure sender goes bad eventually. I have an Autometer gauge now.

Has anyone found an aftermarket sender that mates correctly with the stock gauge and also works unlike the OEM sender

heven't heard of a sender that works, but i believe greedy eh....greddy makes a unit that screws into the stock location.
