oil pan removal
hi everybody!
the part in my car i hate most of all is my oil pan
today i spent about 5 hours to get it through subframe, but it's still there!
please, tell me, what should i do to get it out? I lift up my engine, so i need only about 2 or 3 cm

You can actually just loosen the two rear bolts on the back of the subframe to give yourself the extra clearance. I also assume you have already reached up in bewtween the oil pan and engine and removed the oil pick up tube. If you have yet to remove the oil pick up tube you will never get the oil pan out of the car.

btw, you remove the 6 subframe bolts/nuts. Dont loosen the others that connect to the suspension. Then you can pull the subframe down around 3 inches, and no realignment is needed when you put it back together. You dont need to remove the oil pickup tube either just move the oil pan around til it clears the strainer.
