Oil pan problem

Oil pan problem
I'm trying to replace the oil pan however like many i haven't been able to get the pan out without dropping the subframe.. My question is how do you unbolt the steering rack? i am unsure what bolts everyone is refering to.. are they accessible from under the car? thank you
