I am going to attempt it on jack stands. I have rhino ramps right now in the front and the rear is on stands. I don't think this is going to be high enough for me though I am going to have to get the car higher and add stands in the front to get it higher. I was told and I read that it can be done without the subframe and mahjik also backed that finding up. I will have to wait and see. thanx for the degrease and find the enemy idea. I am definately going to try that first. I just want to know what to do to replace the mounts. I think I am going to have to bite the bullet and get urathane in there. just don't want any extra vibrations. I wish I could feel one that has urathane mounts installed. oh well.

I also don't have an engine lift. I am going to have to jack the tranny up to get them out too.

the best thing i foud to seal any thing is the 3m windshield adhesive at almots 15bucks for a tube... it is what would normally hold the wind shield to the window frame but this stuff is heat resistant and it seals like nobodys buisness.

I wouldn't be using windsheild adhesive on the oil pan. no offense. just use the hondabond, or Mazdabond(expensive) or the right stuff. simple as that. seal it up properly like everyone says. don't use a gasket. this is not reinventing the wheel gentleman. our engines torque get an oil pan brace and seal it up properly and call it a day.
