Oil, lots - what are the suspects?

Hi All,

So I was out at Autocross today, first session was going fine until I notice a good deal of oil down the side of my intercooler from the hot side pipe connection. (Pic attached). For reference I have stock twins over 80k miles and an PFC running them at 13psi. Engine rebuilt over 30k ago, all factory spec.

First thought was some blow by (I do have a catch can) these might have been my famous last words. Boost felt fine, psi looked good, temps fine, so I keep going. Last run I spin pretty hard ( stay tuned for go pro footage) and when I get back to pit I have good sized drops coming from the center-drivers edge of the belly pan (around where the sway bar pokes through, also the oil was strewn backwards down the underside somewhat indicating that there was some oil buildup before that last run and the spin might have caused it to "distribute".

Anyway, I pull off the pit and have the car towed home to be super safe. She was still running fine, but dripping all over and the drive was over 50 miles.

Given my symptoms, where would I start looking? I know the oil pan is super, but I recently (2 months ago) had a used but good condition oil pan installed with banzai brace and 2 steel motor mounts done by Speed 1, so I doubt this. Could this be a sign my turbos are on the wAy out? Boost sounded and felt normal all throughout, even after seeing all the oil. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.

How is your catch can setup? What size lines?

Oil change by jiffy lube lately? What is your oil level at?

My buddy just blew the oil seal on the primary turbo because he had a shop overfill his oil on an oil change.

Catch can is plumbed to IRP neck. Lower down in physical location than the neck port. Lines are very big, (it's the mishimoto kit from Banzai). Oil is within the "ok" range, about 3/4 up to the MAX line.

Oil was changed 2 months ago, happened at Speed 1 (formerly KDR). Hopefully a turbo line came lose and is leaking some and not my turbos on the way out. What would be the sounds/feeling of the stock twins on their way out.

Sorry for sounding ignorant about the car, I'm unabashedly a novice when it comes to working on the car although I'm getting better.

Thanks,
Deniz

Turbos can leak oil and still boost just fine. Mine are a great example of this...

Is there a vent on top of the catch can?
If so, pressure can blow oil out of the filter when the catch starts to get full.
Took me awhile to figure that out the first time it happened, now I drain the catch can regularly.

I had just emptied my catch can, so although there could have been sufficient buildup, it's also plumbed back so I don't think that caused the issue. A small secondary issue is that the fitting that is on the oil filler neck is seeping, but no way nearly enough to cause what I saw.
