for some reason my oil guage needle points all the way up.... even off.

here are a few things that i have done...
1) pulled and put back the engine (i had to replace the connector to the sender)
2) i put a hyper glow needle leds under (but all my other one works and i double check to test for how well it moves around, no problem it seems...)
3) i extended some wiring to the fan relays... not sure whether that has anything to do with it...

it's pretty annoying not having that sensor and i don't want to install another gauge just because that isn't working. anyone?
