Oil Everywhere Extreme Anger!

i got 99 spec twins off this mechanic...he fit the turbos in himself too...24 hrs later im jus showin my friend how fast the car is and i hit third and i get zero boost and i look behind to see a long never ending trail of thick white smoke all over the place...i stop the car engines idling fine everythigs normal except theres white smoke coming outta the hood and the exhaust...then the engine oil light turns on so i shut the car...popped the hood to see oil squirted all over the intakes and the turbos...i wanna go beat the livin hell outta that mechanic for this...from all this is it possible to judge whether its a case of a finished turbo, pipe leak or something else?

There are oil lines going to and from the turbos under pressure so it sounds like one of them wasn't torqued correctly or failed for some reason. You won't know for certain until you get the turbo air inlet piping out and start looking around.

It probably dripped down over the turbos and down the downpipe. I had a leaking turbo oil inlet pipe that did that once. Turned out the previous owner didn't torque the oil inlet banjo bolts correctly and one of them was missing a copper crush washer.

Do not bump a thread every hour.
I would clean up the engine bay and try to figure which oil line isn't sealing properly.

was a lil desperate cuz the incident took place abt 20 mins before i posted this topic... yeah thats what i plan on doing in a bit...my feeling is its either the mechanic messing up or he gave me a finished turbo...

Blown turbos do not puke oil into the engine bay. They puke oil into the intake.

Common sense says to check the oil feed line and the pair of oil return lines.

it did both...checked it out turns out the turbo was finished...never seen so much play in a turbo before...now i gotta go back to the retard who sold me that turbo... he'd better supply me with a new turbo or hes gonna be in some trouble... what pisses me off is the car became so amazingly smooth, calm n fast it was almost perfect n this happens...had a race with an evo the next day sigh oh well...
