Oil Cooler Upgrade List

I'm getting ready to do an oil cooler upgrade on my 93 touring model. As far as factory parts other than the RH oil cooler duct, the oil cooler duct fasteners and the fender liner fasteners is there anything else I might need. This is the first time I remove the bumper cover so just trying to think ahead, thanks.

Cool, thanks. I did a search but didn't see that thread plus sometimes I'll start a thread to see if there is any more recent input.

Anyone else? I'm thinking of what oem parts I might need to put everything back together. I figure that the fender liner fasteners will be toast after taking them out after 18 years, anything else I'm missing?

93 touring with a manual trans only has one oil cooler located on the driver side, if the car is an auto the cooler on the passenger side is a transmission cooler.

^ Yes, that's why I'm doing an upgrade to dual oil coolers. My question is about oem parts that I might have to replace after I take the front bumper cover off. I already ordered the aftermarket oil cooler kit and the oem right oil cooler duct. Anything else that I might need? I appreciate the reply.

if you have the factory duct on the driver side you shouldn't need anything else. i would how ever look into making custom ducts, im assuming the ones your putting on are quite a bit larger than stock the factory duct wont allow the whole oil cooler to be exposed to incoming air.

True, I know that a lot of the oem fasteners and such are pretty worn out. Just trying to make just one call to Ray at Malloy. I might wait until I take everything apart and see then. Thanks again.
