Oil Block Adapter? For Pressure + Temp?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=46100

Hows that one look? Im not in the mood to pay 90 to 120$ for the Greddy one if it does the same thing, I mean does it take that much work to make one of these out of aluminum?

That would probably do the trick. I know FC3S.org sold full replacement pedastals with fittings - dunno if they're still available for the FD or not.

Because it moves the filter right up under the TPS and you can't easily get a wrench on it.

I know this because I run a taller than stock filter on the stock pedastal and I have to unplug my TPS before I can get the filter wrench on. The FC3S.org pedastal is the way to go. That's what I'll do if I decide to add oil temp and pressure gauges.

I bought one of those off of EBay because I didn't feel like getting scalped by Greddy. We'll see if it fits when I tear into my car next week installing all the parts I have laying around.

Not that Damon needs someone to support his posts lol but he's def. right. I know, because I have a Greddy Oil Filter Adapter myself... And it's a PITA to change the filter by hand. I've pulled off the hose on the underside of the MAP sensor and moved the TPS around before (I have big hands). Not fun at all. It's much easier to do if you have one of those oil filter wrenches that attaches to an extension and then a rachet. That method makes changing your oil a cinch.

Oh and Fatman0203, I remember when I was buying mine, I noticed that the price on it varied a LOT depending on where you bought it. Some people simply rape you for it. Period. I got mine from Evolution Autosports (which is a local shop here who's listed on Greddy's website as a distributor). Cost me a whopping $69.99 http://www.evolutionautosports.com/home.htm. If they have it, and don't ask something crazy for shipping, go for it. If they want a lot for shipping, lemme know, I'll pick it up for you and ship it to ya

Yeah thats for the FC though and will not work due to the lack of oil cooler line bung on it. And they no longer have or make the FD ones. I am actually getting a friend to make me a few, that will be a stock replacement.
