OEM Strut Bar

Are all the OEM front strut bars adjustable? Or was there a difference between the 93 and the 94-95 where one of them was not adjustable?

93s are adjustable, 94+ are not.

My 96 OEM bar is black, has no RX7 emblem, and is not adjustable.
