Question instrument cluster grounding

i took out the instrument cluster since i had to get my trim panels painted. ....now that i have put it back on and clipped all the plugs in the meters wont illuminate, they all work though!

is there suppose to be a ground some where that im missing??

No should be just the plugs. Blow a fuse by chance?

check ur dimmer make sure its all the way up
