Probably - call Ray to find out for sure - but it is hard to imagine a less useful way to spend your money. Perhaps an OEM plastic AST? (Though there was some bright spark trying to sell one of those (used!) in the classifieds a few days ago.)

If you are determined, I can sell you mine for $500 - probably less than half of the new price.

If they do sell them brand new, it would make zero sense to buy one. Perhaps buy a new oem airpump and oil metering pump at the same time

If you go into the classifieds section, you'll find many of them in good shape for sale for $50 or less.

why do you want a brand new one?

Well I decided to keep everything as much stock possible , I like the aftermarket ones but they don't seem that much bigger then the oem one, unless you guys can't state otherwise it would help

The complete physical size may be similar. but the core area is much larger.

OEM is very small and IMHO not the best, even for a stock car. If you are still looking for the stock size (width), then I would look to acquire one of the following SMICs: Greddy, RE Amemiya, ARC, Blitz, or KnightSport. Blitz and KnightSports are much harder to come by.

You can look them up in the 3rdGen parts for sale section.

If you want to seriously keep the car as OEM as possible, then the Mazdaspeed intercooler would be something to consider. Now finding one is the hard part. This pictures belong to Herblenny

Guys, this is the tech section, not the classifieds..... the PM system works surprisingly well for such things

I can relate to wanting to keep the engine bay as close to stock as possible. As others have said, you should be able to find a really nice OEM SMIC for cheap in the classifieds section. I've considered getting one of the aftermarket SMICs that do retain the stock ducting and just black painting or powdercoating the end tank that you see.

Completely stock isn't the best idea for the most part...

Nothing wrong with a stock intercooler at stock boost and sporty street driving. Sure a larger intercooler would be better but stock is adequate for a normal car and normal driving.

Gene get a water injection system if you want better performance than an upgraded SMIC will give you while keeping the stock intercooler. You can install it in a way where it is completely hidden.
