It's just a stock 99 spoiler. That they have been available for some time & photos posted 1,000 X.

The thread size is 6 X 1.0 mm. It's held on with metric clip nuts that slide onto the bumper.

He didn't post any pics in his last thread when he installed the bumper.
He's just sharing his accomplishments
