The temperature today was -14C (But it felt like -26 standing out there with the wind chill.)

As I understand it, it had been damaged. Basically everything from the wheel wells forward was gone, and the basic body shape was creatively reworked by the current owner using 3/4" (I think) square tubing. Ice racer it was destined to be.
